Scheduler setting

Two user settings enable you to select:

• Which day your clinic appointments begin on.
• Appointment background colors that will display in your appointment schedule.

Configure which day your week begins on

You can configure whether Sunday or Monday represents the start of your week. Sunday is set as the default.

To configure Monday as the start of the week:

1. On the menu bar, select next to your user name, and select Settings.

2. Select Weeks begin on, and then from the list on the right select Monday.

Your change is saved automatically.

To configure Monday as the start of the week:

1. Select , then select Settings.
2. Select Weeks begin on, then select Monday.

Your change is saved automatically.

Configure appointment background colors

You can choose to display appointment background colors for appointment statuses, disciplines, or Ortho stages in your appointment schedule. The default is set to show no colors.

To configure appointment background colors:

1. On the menu bar, select next to your user name, and select Settings.
2. Select Appt background color, and then from the list on the right select an option.

Your change is saved automatically.
